The processing of the data specified in this section is neither legally nor contractually required. Without providing your personal data, we cannot process a payment through Stripe.

You have the option to choose a different payment method than card payment through Stripe: a bank transfer to the owner’s account.

Stripe is offered through our partner SECRA.

Stripe has a dual role as both a data controller and a data processor in data processing activities.

As a data controller, Stripe uses your transmitted data to fulfill regulatory obligations. This aligns with Stripe’s legitimate interests (according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR) and serves the fulfillment of the contract (according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR). We have no influence over this process.

As a data processor, Stripe acts to complete transactions within the payment networks. Under the data processing agreement, Stripe acts solely in accordance with our instructions and is contractually obligated, as per Art. 28 GDPR, to comply with data protection regulations.

Stripe has implemented compliance measures for international data transfers. These apply to all global activities where Stripe processes personal data of individuals in the EU. These measures are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Processing of data (customer and contract data)

We collect, process and use personal data only insofar as they are necessary for the establishment, content design or change of the legal relationship (inventory data). We collect, process and use personal data about the use of this website (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill for it.

The customer data collected will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
